I finished the second page in my Birds and Flowers Journal. These birds were inspired by the work of
Geninne. I have mixed feeling about how this piece turned out. I struggled with a few things with mixing media like pen and ink doesn't work well with colored pencil. I ended up using acrylic ink and a paintbrush after ruining my gel pen. :( I really want to try a watercolor bird, so I am glad I am getting practice with these journal entries.
