I was playing with some watercolor markers and I must say "not a big fan" on portraits. I need to find a video on how to use them with negative space. Oh well. My art journals are a process in learning so I will keep on trying to figure them out. They are easier to use in this journal because the pages are not as easy to paint on because they absorb the paint too quickly, unlike watercolor paper.
Here is the image with a splash of digital paint in photoshop. I wish I had an Ipad Pro and sketchbook, I'd have so much fun!
