I finally got caught up with one of the first projects the garden fairy from Willowing's Life Book 2018. I was not a huge fan of watercolor crayons on her face and probably would of done better with my trusty ole acrylics, but I tried to stay within the lesson so that I might learn something. I have a hard time doodling like she does in her videos, so I did not deviate to what I would normally do. I put as much stuff on here as I could. I put a lot of symbols that I felt some connection with: healing, rebirth, happy, money, blessings, earth and fire for my sun and rising signs.
I had fun layering paper and using the crayons over this. I also kept to the bright color palette which I am actually enjoying.
