The first page of my Prayer Journal that I will fill with my favorite bible scriptures and practice doodles. Painting freehand with ink with no design plan laid out was a challenge to me emotionally. The wing it mentality I tend to have that actually drives me nuts! However, thru practice I think I can get better, especially on text size and layout - I would not suggest free hand for that, like I did here..a perfectionist nightmare! My art is not perfect, but neither am I.
