We worked till the last minute, getting the model unit ready for the first open house. They had some issues with the stucco, so they did not take the scaffolding down. But, other than that, it is looking great.

The large painting behind the couch, is the one I whipped out yesterday. I took some paintings of Joan's over to put in the office. They are so colorful..I think they look great. I also put those two mod hook rugs I bought from Lemon Grass Studio in the bathrooms. The colors are exact, I was amazed!I heard we have 3 showings, today, besides the open house!! YEAH!
