Roller Coaster Ride

Today, we heard back from the bank on the home that I we put a contract on. As you know it was a very LOW price that we offered and we just thought, "oh well, it was not meant to be." The bank is giving us (all three people who wrote on this home) the chance to make our best offers.

So, tomorrow morning (or Today) depending on when you are reading this blog. We are writting a contract for OVER the asking price. After really searching for other land and homes in the area, we knew that this could be it. We just won't be putting a lot of renovations into it right away. The living space is actually pretty nice. It definately needs new paint, carpet and bathrooms (but we will do what we have to to live there and work on it slowly. Listen to me I am talking like it is mine already. That is what I mean by roller coaster. AHHHH. So, if your reading this, I am gonna ask one more time, pray for me :)
