BOO HOO HISS

This little rascal belongs to those renters a block away. He is actually Buddies room mate. I brought him in two nights ago because he was out at 1030, right around the time we got a visit from our neighborhood fox. I let him out during the day and he was still roaming around late last night. This time he kept running from me. So, I could not bring him in. I worried about him (he is de-clawed for crying out loud!)

Anyway, he was hanging around this afternoon, while I am trying to trap, so I snagged him! I am making him stay until I get that cat trapped. His owners must not give a crap, letting their helpless cat potentially become fox food! If I sound kinda pissy, well, I have been a bit depressed the last couple of days. Down to the wire on our project and worried about what life has in store for us. Anyway, when I get like this I become pretty unproductive in the creative world. Gosh, when am I just gonna enjoy life, right?

Oh, dear Jenny, please don't be so sad! I know you are the type of person who puts her heart and soul into everything she does, but please try not to let it tear at you so much. I worry you are going to make yourself sick! Just know that you are doing everything you can, and try to give yourself a break--emotionally speaking.

Have you actually seen the fox attack a cat? We have lots of foxes around here and it hasn't really been a problem. My cat stays inside, but many of our neighbors' cats go outside. The cat without the claws wouldn't be able to climb a tree though. He looks so much like my Snickers.

Try to relax a bit and have a nice weekend, ok?
Hugs, Cris

He sure is a pretty cat. I can't believe someone would send him outside declawed. Poor guy. I hope your weekend is good.

Try not to let things get you down. Cats can be resourceful. They are survivors. I'm thinking that this particular fox has a strange relationship with Patches. Every time I hear the fox, Patches is there. An improvement in the weather will help as well. When you feel that way it's hard to pull out of it. Do something fun and seek comedy. Love Joan
