~Tagged~


I've been tagged by Linda Cardina, a very talented artist. I am to list 5 things that keep my mind healthy and my life balanced.

Goodness, last week I could have used any of these..but you all know I have my down time.
I wish I could say working out. I have a gorgeous gym here at home, I own a bike and well I am just lazy right now. I also love skiing and golfing..but I have not been doing that as much lately, so here is my list right now

1. Knitting and listening to music - This normally relaxes me (when I am not trying a difficult pattern that is. LOL)
2. Playing, cuddling and petting my kitties..this should be first on the list!
3. Reading the bible or doing some sort of study.
4. Buying art from my lovely blogger friends...heehee (you know who you are!) Unfortunately, I am on a budget right now and maybe that is why I am not as HAPPY as usual! lol
5. Last but not least, spending quality time with my family.

I know, sounds pretty boring. Hey, I never said I was an exciting person. My friends here, would disagree because I am funny, witty and opinionated. lol

I am supposed to tag 5 people as well. So, here are some wonderful artists and new blogger friends of mine. Each one is so very talented and probably more exciting than me...heehee

I hear you with feeling crappy
:( emotionally and physcially. Just been a rough season. That and I too am feeling one hell of an economic crunch. boo.. I think you 5 things that keep you healthy are very constructive, and so not boring. I love your knitting it is wonderful!

I always have to walk when I feel anxious. It is the only thing that helps. Man I wish I had your workout room. You would LOL if you could see me in my unfinished basement walking a figure 8 with the kids riding tikes around me and Hannah Montana blasting. But a girl has to do what a girl has to do.

Golfing has taught me alot about patience and being a good sport. You can be great one hole and crappy the next...lol. I have been golfing for a decade now. I golfed alot the first few years...now I am lucky to get out once a month in the summer. It is fun. I like 9 holes, so I can walk. That is my favorite part..walking and feeling the breeze. Ladies clubs are a lot easier to us..lighter. I wish I could teach you! heehee

thanks for all the golf advice!!! i wish u could teach me too:) i'm not sure how much my hubby likes taking me... i always get sooo frustrated!!!! he spends the whole time trying to get me to relax hehehe... i might be coming to u for more advice in the spring.. thanks for the nice comment on my blog today... it means so much coming from another artist. xoxolin
