~Sweater frustrations and Kitty Adoptions~

You probably remember this sweater, I was working on. Well, I took it to Fancy Tigers craft night to get some clarification on the pattern....hmmm, they were confused too! The pattern does not entirely make sense about the decreases and short rows for the raglan styling. So, hopefully, I will be able to figure it out enough to get it completely properly.

So, in the mean time I worked on my other sweater project. I got a lot completed last night. It sure is a lot of fun knitting with this chunky yarn.

I helped Shelby make a hat last night. It is such a quick and easy pattern if you know how to ktog and cable, that is) I would love to make one in black for myself.

In other news: I went to a shelter today to look at getting another cat. One that will be Beta to my Alpha kitty, Shadow...lol I found two kitties I want. One is named Polly, she has been in the shelter for months (in a cage) because she is scared of all the other kitties there. She was older and sooo love able. Then I met Dana, she was a tiny tortie...so pretty and shy. I was thinking about just bringing them both home. The shelter had so many animals, it was so sad....so, if you can handle another pet...go to your local shelter and get yourself a companion.

I will know on Friday or Saturday if I am approved. It will be interesting to see what I end up doing. Should I be a bad girl and get both? I think so! heehee
