~Over achiever?~

That is what my friends call me. You see, Michelle is having a girls holiday party, tonight. I guess, it is a holiday party. The theme is candles.
Let me explain: We are to bring a candle and a verse, saying, poem that inspires us. So, what do I do...I create a pretty little piece of art. LOL Oh, it was nothing. Took me all of about 5-10 minutes, but It seems I cannot just do it simple. Now, I bet girls will be fighten over my candle..We get to take one we like home. Maybe I can take my own doubt it. I am bringing my chocolate fountain and some goodies for dipping! I may even pick up some sparkling wine.

Just thought I would share. I am hoping I can get over this sore throat. I am on my 2nd day, I hope it is nothing serious, just dry weather or something. Have a fun weekend!

Awww, how pretty! Sounds like it will be fun. I love the 2nd kitty painting too. So cute. Jenny, I DO believe saving kitties might be your calling! I am actually taking on an orange kitten as we speak. My niece works with animals and had to find a home for this one. He is soooo cute, but it is still a trial to see how Tamale and the kids handle it. If it were just me, I would totally be crazy cat lady. My fingers are crossed. I don't know anything about starting a nonprofit, but I am sure there is a ton of info out there . Where there is a will there is a way. I know my niece does some volunteer work with animals that are brought in injured and babies without their mothers. I will have to ask her about that.

That sounds like a fun party! Geez, I haven't been able to get online much this week because poor Jordan has been swamped with end of the semester projects at school. He has had to use the computer a lot. That new Snowball painting is so very cute. I am sorry you are so stressed about all those poor kitties. That would drive me crazy. We live more in the country and once in awhile we see a stray, but usually someone takes it in. That might very well be your calling to help all those kitties. Good Luck with that and have a nice weekend.
