~Knitting like crazy~

I stopped creating my stockings for a couple days. I am a little upset about the state of affairs and just wanted to do something that would relax me. So, I starting making another and some mittens. The weather is colder now and I heard we are supposed to get a little bit of flurries. We'll see.

I hope I did not offend anyone about my banter on our choice of president. I being a christian, can never vote for someone who believes in abortion. So, I hope you understand. God gave us free will and he also gave us death and eternal life, we all choose. I used to be pro choice, myself, until I was saved. Then I understood what life was really about. So peace and love to all who believe and do not believe.

amen sister.

Love the knitting. I went to the store yesterday and was all about sitting down and knitting my first pair of socks and well. Lets just says I have a hard time choosing needles and I bought a pair of 7in #4 HAHHHA talk about one giant sock. I have been knitting for years, but just recently decided it was high time to learn how to read a pattern. Your color choices are GREAT!

I ate my feelings today ;)

Smooches,
Steph

Let me just tell you about my voting experience. We do not have early voting in Missouri. So I had to wait until my husband made it home from work to go vote. I had already heard that at my polling place it was taking 2 to 3 hours. I stood in line for over 2 hours, way past the time that voting was to end. By the time I voted and got back in my car. They were already announcing the presidency. Talk about a useless vote. ;) I will not say who I voted for, but they had not even counted mine before they knew. I must say this. I think McCain made a very gracious speech and President Bush gave a wonderful welcome to Obama. All I can hope for is that our country heal and become stronger.

amen to all the comments... you and me both have the same views...love your scarves...and colors...you know if you offended any one screw them..this is our freedom of speech..we are all entitled to our opinions..as are they...I just hope this president isn't out for his own agenda and power...have a good one...:)unfortunately in the state of washington, if you aren't an obama lover, your stuff is either trashed or vandilized...sad too...

Love the knitted goodies Jen. We need some of that here....

It snowed on the overnight. I woke up to a blanket of snow. It probably won't set (yet), but it is surely on it's way.

Hugs,
