~Wynter's Queen~

My first Christmas doll, ever! Yippy. Seems so early, though. Oh well.

If you had not noticed this is a brand new pattern from Back Porch Pickins. "Great Pattern, Tonya!" I have yet to see anyone else make her. But, I am sure she will be a popular one.

I love her face, it is so sweet. This was one of those creations, like my pilgrims that I worked and worked till the late hours of evening. Well, if you call 10pm late, lol. I was having way too much fun to do anything else.

I wonder how long I can keep this up, though. I guess as long as I feel up to it, I suppose. Not ALL days are as productive. I have not gone out of the house for the last two. At some point I should probably venture out to do something, right? LOL

Love your newest creations, Jenny. The face on this snowman is adorable. If I did not have kids, I could easily go a week or more without leaving the house and my yard. When you have a fantasy world at home, why leave? Right?

Awww you did a great job on her, Jenny. Isn't she a fun one to make. I love the snowflakes on the dress...similar to mine.

Gotta love read in the wynter, with flakes. Good Luck with her.

I am working on this very same doll now! She is so much fun to make. I did a red dress similar to yours, with red/green print bloomers. Still looking for a fun snowflake or flakes for her to hold. Your face looks great. I'm a bit nervous about the eyes. I've done that type of lid and eye once in my life.

Oh she is so sweet!!!! Wow! Don't tell me it's time to think about Christmas already! Autumn seems to go by so fast. I can't wait till I can retire (from my day job) so I can create whenever the mood strikes. Well, I'm gonna go watch the debates while I look at my new Martha Stewart Halloween mag my husband surprised me with! PS, I hope I win Jane too, although I will feel a bit guilty if I don't pay so much for her.
